Policies on Design and Print Jobs

Copy Reprints
Reprints 1. We cannot guarantee an exact match to your original copy a. Rule of thumb 10% difference in toner coverage darker or lighter.

Adobe Acrabat (PDF), Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe InDesign CS3, Coral Draw x4, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Fireworks CS3.

Graphic Design Proofing
1. All design projects are subject to 3 proofing cycles.
2. When a proofing cycle is complete you will get an email with a –v1, v2, v3 to indicate what proofing cycle number you are on.
3. After the 3rd proofing cycle an additional installment of $40 will be necessary to begin another 3 proofing cycles.

Customer Provided Content for Designs
All text information must be provided in email form. If hard copies are provided a typesetting or OCR charge will be added. If we typeset the information we are not responsible for spelling errors or grammar.

Graphic Design Payment
50% down or full payment is required before starting any design project. Balance is due upon completion of design or 5 weeks after starting.

Web Work
We do not use templates (unless it's wordpress sites).
All website designs require a down payment to start. Balance is due after completion of website or after 5 weeks.

Printing Payment
Full payment is required before printing.
All print jobs have a turn around of 5 to 7 days.
