Copy Reprints
Reprints 1. We cannot guarantee an exact match to your original copy a. Rule of thumb 10% difference in toner coverage darker or lighter.

Adobe Acrabat (PDF), Adobe Illustrator CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe InDesign, Coral Draw x4, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Micromedia Dreamweaver CS2, Macromedia Fireworks MX.
Graphic Design Proofing
1. All design projects are subject to 3 proofing cycles.
2. When a proofing cycle is complete you will get an email with a –v1, v2, v3 to indicate what proofing cycle number you are on.
3. After the 3rd proofing cycle an addition design monetary installment of $40will be necessary to begin another 3 proofing cycles.
Customer Provided Content for Designs
All text information must be provided in email form. If hard copies are provided a typesetting or OCR charge will be added. If we typeset the information we are not responsible for spelling errors or grammar.
Graphic Design Payment
50% down or full payment is required before starting any design project. Balance is due upon completion of design or 5 weeks after starting.
Printing Payment
Full payment is required before printing.
